A Guest Service Associate (F&B) oversees the dining experience, manages reservations, takes orders, and serves food and beverages. They resolve guest concerns, upsell menu items, and maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic dining area while collaborating with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage seating and reservations.
- Guide guests through the menu.
- Upsell food and beverage items.
- Relay accurate orders to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and pour drinks.
- Clear tables and reset for new guests.
- Handle billing and process payments.
- Address and resolve guest complaints.
- Follow strict food safety guidelines
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
