Job Summary:
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating with sales and internal teams, handling customer queries, and ensuring timely follow-ups from enquiry to post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Registration teams.
- Schedule site visits and customer appointments.
- Track bookings, payments, and registrations.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Prepare daily and monthly CRM reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
- 1–3 years of CRM/Customer Service experience (Real Estate preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
