- Office Management: Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring the office environment is fully stocked, clean, and functioning efficiently.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic or international travel itineraries.
- Documentation & Records: Maintain organized physical and digital records, including employee files, contracts, invoices, and reports.
- Vendor & Facility Oversight: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, building management, and service technicians.
- Cross-Functional Support: Assist HR, Finance, and leadership teams with payroll processing, expense reports, onboarding, and event planning.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure administrative practices and office operations align with company guidelines and legal regulations
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
