Education:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts CPA, CA, CWA qualification is an added advantage
Must Have Skills:
1) Good communication skills – Verbal and written
2) Good understanding of Record to Report Processes
Good-to-Have Skills:
1) Client/stakeholder management skills
2) Analytical thinking and Result oriented approach
3) Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment
4) MS Excel skills with experience in developing simple Macros or MS Access experience in working with
Job Responsibilities
1) Team Leader would be for responsible for managing daily/recurring process deliverables
2) All activities should be handled basis contractual SLAs agreed with the client. Turnaround time (TAT) and Accuracy being key SLAs
3) Thorough working knowledge of Payroll Reconciliations
4) Review and update detailed schedule of Fixed Assets and accumulated depreciation
5) Conduct Fixed Assets analysis as requested by the Client
6) Prepare audit schedules relating to Fixed assets and assist auditors with their queries
7) Revaluation of Foreign Currency liability / assets
8) Reviewing Journal Entries and passing complex Journal Entries
9) Intercompany Reconciliation
10) Maintains Accounting Controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
11) Preparation of schedules for book close for all balance sheet accounts
12) Knowledge of month end activities
