About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Lead to manage the day-to-day execution of multilingual data collection initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between recruitment, recording, annotation, and quality teams.
Responsibilities
-Manage daily project operations and workforce planning.
-Coordinate participant onboarding and scheduling.
-Monitor production targets and quality metrics. Identify and resolve operational challenges quickly.
-Maintain tracker hygiene and reporting accuracy.
-Support process improvements and workflow optimization.
Requirements
-2+ years of operations experience in BPO, crowdsourcing, field operations, content moderation, or annotation programs.
- Strong organizational and execution skills.
-Experience managing large teams and operational workflows.
-Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple dependencies.

Pay: ₹9,801.82 - ₹24,611.68 per month
