Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive with 1–3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, and converting inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Explain products and services to customers effectively.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records.
- Follow up with potential customers regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain call records.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Good verbal communication in English .
- Customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.49 - ₹30,000.63 per month
