- Production & Operations Management: Lead daily shift operations, adhere to production targets, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Manage, train, and motivate team members, delegate tasks, and ensure proper staffing levels.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Troubleshooting & Decision Making: Address operational, technical, or machinery breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, inventory, and shift activities for management review.
- Inventory & Resource Control: Monitor raw material availability, ingredients, or stock levels to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Communication & Handover: Ensure seamless communication between shifts, reporting critical issues to superiors.
Pay: ₹9,902.21 - ₹20,264.96 per month
