## Job Summary
Katalysst is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketer with 1+ years of experience to manage social media platforms, execute influencer campaigns, and drive brand engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong content creation, copywriting, LinkedIn marketing, and social media planning skills.
## Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
* Create, manage, and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
* Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
* Write compelling social media captions, posts, and marketing copy aligned with brand guidelines.
* Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence through organic marketing initiatives.
* Conduct influencer research and outreach to build meaningful collaborations.
* Coordinate and execute influencer marketing campaigns from onboarding to campaign completion.
* Track campaign performance and ensure timely delivery of influencer content.
* Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
* Prepare detailed monthly reports on social media performance, engagement metrics, and campaign outcomes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative content and marketing initiatives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
