Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing seasonal collections
- Develop silhouettes, garment details, and design concepts
- Create surface ornamentation, embroidery layouts, and print developments
- Prepare CADs, technical sketches, and presentation boards
- Coordinate with tailors throughout sampling and product development
- Conduct fittings and refine garments for fit, finish, and quality
- Source fabrics, trims, and design references
- Ensure every garment reflects Lennora's design and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in womenswear design
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, pattern development, and sampling
- Experience working with natural fabrics such as linen, cotton, and handwoven textiles
- Knowledge of surface ornamentation, embroidery, and print development
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
