Job Summary:
We are urgently looking for an Internship programe in HR who can handle The Recruitment for six month.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for Technical & Non-Technical profiles
- Bulk hiring for International BPO Sales (Outbound Voice Process)
- Source candidates through Indeed, Linkedin, social media & internal references
- Conduct telephonic screening & shortlist quality candidates
- Schedule interviews & ensure maximum joining ratio
- Maintain daily interview & hiring tracker
- Build strong candidate pipeline & reduce dropouts
