### Team Leader – Operations (2 Years Experience) – Roles & Responsibilities at **Mukta A2 Cinemas** **Job Title:** Team Leader – Operations **Experience:** 2+ Years **Industry:** Multiplex / Cinema Operations #### Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. **Theatre Operations Management** * Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the cinema. * Monitor opening and closing procedures of the theatre. * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall ambience of the property. 2. **Team Supervision** * Lead and supervise Customer Service Executives, housekeeping staff, and security personnel. * Prepare duty rosters and allocate responsibilities. * Motivate team members to achieve operational standards. 3. **Customer Service** * Ensure excellent customer experience at all touchpoints. * Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly. * Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements. 4. **Box Office & Ticketing** * Oversee ticket sales and booking operations. * Ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation. * Monitor occupancy and show performance. 5. **Food & Beverage Operations** * Supervise concession counter operations. * Ensure product availability and stock control. * Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards. 6. **Facility & Maintenance Coordination** * Coordinate with maintenance teams for electrical, HVAC, projector, and seating issues. * Ensure all screens, sound systems, and facilities are functioning properly. 7. **Safety & Compliance** * Ensure compliance with fire safety and security procedures. * Conduct regular safety inspections. * Maintain statutory and company compliance standards. 8. **Reporting & Administration** * Prepare daily operational reports. * Track attendance, manpower, and shift schedules. * Coordinate with HR and management regarding staffing requirements. 9. **Revenue & Business Support** * Support promotional activities and movie launches. * Monitor operational costs and reduce wastage. * Assist in achieving revenue and occupancy targets. ### Skills Required * Team Management * Customer Handling * Leadership & Communication * Problem-Solving * MS Excel & Reporting * Cash Handling Knowledge * Time Management * Operational Planning.
