- Continuously evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and increased efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process architecture principles.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders for process improvements.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oil and Gas Upstream.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in documenting business processes and creating clear, comprehensive process maps.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and use cases.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with process modeling tools and methodologies relevant to business process architecture.
