Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CCTV & Fire Alarm Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service CCTV surveillance and fire alarm systems. The candidate should be able to attend client complaints, perform preventive maintenance, and provide quality service at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment.
- Install, test, commission, and maintain Fire Alarm Systems (Conventional & Addressable).
- Attend client complaints and resolve service issues promptly.
- Perform preventive maintenance and AMC visits.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, wiring, and networking issues.
- Carry out cable laying, conduit work, termination, and testing.
- Configure CCTV recording, remote viewing, and network connectivity.
- Test smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points, hooters, and fire alarm panels.
- Maintain service reports and update daily work status.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned service and installation work.
- Follow safety procedures while working at client sites.
Requirements
- Knowledge of CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems and field servicing.
- Basic networking (IP, LAN) and electrical knowledge.
- Experience in cable laying and system commissioning.
- Willing to travel to client locations.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
