ArBrit Safety Training & Consultancy LLC is a Dubai-based provider of accredited health, safety and environment (HSE) training and consultancy, serving clients across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We deliver accredited HSE and safety-training courses, corporate training, and advisory services that help organisations meet regulatory standards, reduce workplace risk, and build a strong safety culture.
The Role
You will run ArBrit's day-to-day marketing operations and own its social presence. Your priority is documenting and monitoring the analytics of day-to-day campaigns, keeping marketing operations running smoothly, and coordinating marketing and sales initiatives and campaigns. You will also direct the graphic designer to produce the strongest creative — aligned with the company's goals and marketing vision, and focused on lead generation. Across LinkedIn (priority), Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, you build brand awareness and an engaged community across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
What You'll Do
- Document, monitor and report on the analytics of day-to-day marketing campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day marketing operations.
- Coordinate marketing and sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Direct the graphic designer to produce the best creative — aligned with the company's goals and marketing vision, with a strong focus on lead-generation content.
- Own the social content calendar across LinkedIn (priority), Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, aligned with course launches and campaigns.
- Develop and run LinkedIn campaigns.
- Write platform-native copy and captions for a professional audience.
- Grow followers and engagement, and nurture a community of safety professionals across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Schedule and publish content, respond to comments and DMs, and route enquiries to the sales team.
- Monitor competitors and HSE industry trends, and surface timely content opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years managing social media accounts, ideally in education, training or professional services.
- Strong written English for a professional audience (Arabic is a plus).
- Hands-on with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- LinkedIn campaign development ability.
- Comfortable with scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite or Later.
- Able to direct a graphic designer toward lead-generation-focused creative.
- Organised, self-directed and reliable working remotely.
Nice to Have
- GCC marketing knowledge.
- Familiarity with the HSE, safety, education or professional-training sectors.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
