Role Overview:
Front-office professional responsible for patient coordination, appointment management, and handling travel/logistics for outstation and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Patient Handling
- Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional approach
- Manage appointments, walk-ins, and consultation schedules
- Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, and patient queries
- Maintain patient records and billing coordination
Travel Desk Management
- Coordinate travel (flights, trains, cabs) and accommodation for patients
- Assist medical tourists with end-to-end visit planning
- Liaise with hotels, transport vendors, and internal teams
- Share itineraries, appointment schedules, and follow-ups
Clinic Coordination
- Ensure smooth daily operations at the reception
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and admin team
- Maintain front desk hygiene, reports, and basic MIS
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in reception/front office (healthcare preferred)
- Exposure to travel coordination or hospitality is a plus
- Strong communication (English + Tamil; Hindi is an advantage)
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / booking platforms
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
