What you will do:
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and solution recommendations.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate services including: Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), VPS Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Backup & Disaster Recovery.
- Explain technical concepts in simple business language.
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution validation and custom requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations whenever required.
- Support enterprise sales teams by preparing technical documentation and solutions architectures.
- Stay updated with industry trends, cloud technologies, pricing, and competitors.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Certification in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an added advantage.
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.).
- Experience in the Web Hosting, Cloud, ISP, SaaS, or IT Infrastructure industry is preferred.
Knowledge of: Linux & Windows Hosting,VPS & Dedicated Servers, Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Email Solutions, Networking fundamentals, Virtualization technologies- Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts.
