Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive with relevant experience to strengthen our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, and converting prospects into customers through effective sales strategies via calls, emails, and virtual interactions. The candidate should have a proven ability to meet targets and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers to promote company products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads and customers.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Present and explain products/services effectively through calls and virtual meetings.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead generation and campaign activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / tele sales / business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) and CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
Qualification:
Any Degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, MBA, or related field preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
