Job Title: Administration Executive
Location: Delhi (Mayapuri)
Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and proactive Administration to oversee all administrative operations of our furniture manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the facility by managing housekeeping, security, stores, stationery inventory, office maintenance, vendor coordination, and general administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee complete administration of the manufacturing unit and corporate office.
Manage housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace standards.
Supervise security personnel, monitor access control, visitor management, and ensure plant safety.
Handle procurement, inventory, and distribution of stationery and office supplies.
Manage general stores, maintain stock records, and ensure timely replenishment.
Oversee office infrastructure, maintenance, repairs, utilities, and AMC coordination.
Coordinate with vendors for facility management, maintenance, transportation, and other administrative services.
Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Lead and supervise the administration team, ensuring efficient service delivery.
