Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and present our products and services.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
Training & Employment Process
- Comprehensive product and sales training will be provided.
- The training period is unpaid.
- During training, you will work on lead generation, client communication, and sales activities under the guidance of our team.
- Training will be considered successfully completed once you onboard your first 2 clients.
- Upon successfully onboarding 2 clients, you will be immediately transitioned to a full-time Sales Executive role, and your salary will begin from that point onward.
- In addition to your salary, you will also be eligible for performance-based commissions and incentives.
