Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Executive to manage and maintain customer, property, lead, and sales data. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, generate MIS reports, support marketing campaigns, and provide actionable insights to support business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
- Enter, maintain, and update property, client, lead, and transaction data in the CRM system.
- Track and monitor client interactions, including calls, meetings, site visits, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Ensure complete and accurate maintenance of the CRM database.
- Monitor CRM usage and ensure all team members update their pipelines on time.
Reporting & MIS
- Generate lead status reports and performance reports for senior management.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports covering:
- Leasing pipeline status
- Investment deal progress
- Franchise lead conversions
- Revenue vs. targets
- Collections and pending payments
- Compile and analyze data from CRM, sales, accounts, and other departments.
Business Intelligence & Analysis
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide business insights to management.
- Identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Support strategic decision-making through data analysis and reporting.
Marketing & Coordination
- Support marketing campaigns through CRM platforms, including WhatsApp, Email, and SMS campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, leasing, investment, and other vertical heads for accurate data collection and reporting.
- Ensure timely sharing of business performance metrics across departments.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard preparation.
- Experience in real estate CRM operations will be preferred.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, MIS, Data Management, or Real Estate Operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
