We’re hiring a Studio Manager to handle the day to day operations of our tattoo studio.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle all inquiries (Instagram, WhatsApp, calls) and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Manage appointments, coordinate with artists, and ensure smooth daily studio flow
- Oversee studio operations including cleanliness, client handling, and overall presentation
- Handle payments, maintain client records, and follow up for feedback and repeat business
Requirements:
- Strong social media skills with experience managing business, brand, or personal pages
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client handling roles
- Strong communication skills with confidence in closing clients
- Basic understanding of sales, client psychology, and handling objections
- Interest in tattoos, art, or the creative industry, plus familiarity with Instagram/WhatsApp
