Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Systems Functional Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). This role will act as the bridge between business operations and system execution by supporting requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration validation, testing, training, and user adoption activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Support functional implementation and configuration validation within D365 F&O
· Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and workflows
· Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, test plans, and UAT scenarios
· Execute system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing
· Coordinate with architects and developers to resolve defects and validate enhancements
· Assist with end-user training and organizational change management initiatives
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years of ERP or Dynamics 365 experience
· Experience supporting ERP implementations, testing, or functional consulting initiatives, including two successful implementations
· Strong understanding of operational and financial business processes
· Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills
· Familiarity with D365 F&O modules relevant to this implementation (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or Project Operations)
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
· Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect (MB-700) or Finance Functional Consultant (MB-310 / MB-330)
· Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) or formal OCM training
· Involvement in data migration activities including data validation, cutover planning, and mock go-live support
· Familiarity with Power BI or D365 reporting tools for functional reporting validation
