Role Summary:
Designs, develops, and implements manufacturing processes to optimize production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness, including tasks like analyzing production data, identifying areas for improvement, designing equipment layouts, troubleshooting issues on the shop floor, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Responsibilities:

Designing equipment layouts, troubleshooting issues on the shop floor, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.

Designs fixtures needed to support the manufacturing process and develops manufacturing drawings for intermediate steps in the manufacturing process for production parts.

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts including VSM, Line balancing, Workshop flow designing etc.

Knowledge of machining processes, tools fixtures, drawing GD&T etc.

Valve assembly and testing, troubleshooting of assembly issues
Requirements:
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering minimum 3-6Yr or experience.
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent Communication Skills
