Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage our complete digital presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, paid advertising, content creation, branding, graphic designing, and digital documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & Google Business Profile).
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, banners, brochures, and promotional creatives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Create professional marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, company profiles, and other office documents.
- Design advertising creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
- Create and edit promotional videos and reels.
- Manage website content and ensure SEO optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and implement innovative marketing strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing

- Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator
- Video Editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut or similar)
- Content Writing & Copywriting
- Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite

- Excellent communication and creative thinking
Preferred Candidate
- Experience will be preferred.
- Must be creative, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Strong understanding of branding, lead generation, and online marketing.
Location Preference: Only Gurugram-based candidates will be considered.
