About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates through various job portals and social media platforms, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across different industries and functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview feedback, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet hiring targets and adhere to defined turnaround times (TAT).
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant recruitment experience.
- Experience in consultancy recruitment will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
