We are looking for a Senior US IT Recruiter / Team Lead who can independently manage end-to-end US IT recruitment while leading and mentoring a team of recruiters. This role requires strong expertise in US staffing, visa compliance, client coordination, and strategic talent sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Talent Sourcing & Leadership

Lead sourcing strategy for hard-to-find US IT talent including AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, Full Stack, DevOps, and ERP roles.

Use advanced sourcing techniques via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, GitHub, and Boolean searches.

Build and maintain niche talent pipelines aligned with current and future US requirements.

Mentor, guide, and review the performance of junior recruiters.

2. US Visa Handling & Compliance Expertise

Manage and guide the team on H1B transfers, OPT/CPT, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, and US Citizen hiring.

Ensure complete compliance with US immigration policies and client-specific hiring standards.

Coordinate with immigration attorneys and vendors for visa transfer documentation and timelines.

3. Senior-Level Candidate Screening & Quality Control

Conduct senior-level screening calls focusing on:

o Technical exposure and project depth (without hands-on coding)

o Client-facing communication and cultural fit
-
o Employment stability and resume authenticity

o Visa status accuracy and compliance risks

Define screening standards, red flags, and quality benchmarks for the recruitment team.

Implement structured interview frameworks and assessment workflows.

4. Client, Hiring & Placement Management

Act as a primary point of contact for US clients and internal sales teams.

Translate client requirements into effective sourcing and screening strategies.

Manage interview scheduling, feedback loops, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Ensure successful placements, retention follow-ups, and client satisfaction.

5. Opportunity Identification & Market Intelligence

Track US IT hiring trends, bill rates, emerging technologies, and talent availability.

Identify skill gaps and proactively build bench talent for future demand.

Support sales teams with market insights, availability analysis, and hiring feasibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–10+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment

Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or Team Lead

Strong knowledge of US hiring models (C2C, W2, 1099)

Deep understanding of US work visas and compliance

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and US job portals

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working directly with US clients and MSP/VMS environments
