CNC Machine Operator – Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate CNC/VMC machines for die and mould components.
- Set up machines and load/unload components.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Perform tool setting, work offset and job setting.
- Check dimensions using vernier, micrometer, height gauge, etc.
- Monitor machining quality and surface finish.
- Make basic program/offset corrections as required.
- Ensure proper tool selection and tool changes.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily targets.
- Maintain machine, tools and work area.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
