Design Manager
Location - Trivandrum
An innovative and detail-oriented Interior Design Manager with expertise in leading design teams, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality interior solutions. Skilled in project management, space planning, and design conceptualization, with a passion for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that align with clients’ visions and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide design teams, fostering creativity and ensuring cohesive design execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their needs and preferences into design strategies.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes that capture project requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and architects to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity, adherence to safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry innovations to keep projects fresh and forward-thinking.
Skills & Competencies
- Space planning and 3D visualization
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Coohom, Infurnia, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Budgeting, cost estimation, and financial oversight
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and sustainable design principles
Salary : 50,000 - 70,000
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proven 7 years of experience in interior design.
