We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional from the tours and travel industry who can independently manage travel operations and digital marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle flight ticketing, visa processing, and travel insurance
- Manage tour packages, bookings, and customer coordination
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns independently
- Handle social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, etc.)
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into bookings
- Maintain client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in the tours and travel industry
- Strong knowledge of:
- Flight ticketing (GDS knowledge preferred)
- Visa documentation & processing
- Travel insurance
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple roles
- Good communication and sales skills
