As an Asset Servicing Operations Associate within the Asset Servicing team, you reconcile positions and payments and process corporate action and income transactions to client accounts. You manage customer account activity across payments, income, and tax-related items while diagnosing issues and delivering timely resolutions. You serve as a key point of contact for internal partners and contribute to continuous improvement through peer reviews and process enhancement ideas.
Job Responsibilities
- Reconcile positions and payments and process transactions accurately to client accounts.

Execute routine and non-routine asset servicing tasks with moderate to advanced complexity.

Diagnose issues and deliver operational or technical resolutions within defined autonomy.

Manage customer accounts by processing payments, income, and tax-related items across events.

Resolve queries across multiple corporate action and income event types within timelines.

Apply end-to-end asset servicing lifecycle knowledge to prevent downstream impacts.

Serve as point of contact for coordination with Middle Office and Client Service teams.

Review peer work and provide feedback to enhance quality and consistency.

Recommend process improvements that strengthen controls and reduce rework.

Support extended hours and shift coverage to meet business and client requirements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Demonstrate prior experience in asset servicing, securities lending, or prime brokerage operations.

Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Operate proficiently in Microsoft Word, Excel (VLOOKUP), and Outlook.
