Key Responsibilities:-
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital leads.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and implementation teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Update sales activities in CRM systems.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of ERP, CRM, Accounting, or Business Management Software.
- Ability to understand customer business processes and recommend solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience in software, ERP, SaaS, or IT solution sales is preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Lead generation and conversion rate.
- Monthly sales revenue achievement.
- Number of product demonstrations conducted.
- Customer acquisition and retention.
- Upselling and cross-selling success.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
