- Deliver personalized consultations aligned with doctor recommendations
- Build emotional connection and trust to guide patients toward suitable treatments
- Educate patients about procedures, results, timelines, risks, and post-care
2. Treatment Coordination
- Coordinate between doctors, technicians, and patients for smooth treatment planning
- Schedule and manage appointments, follow-ups, and treatment cycles
- Ensure patients are well-informed at every stage of their treatment journey
- Act as a single point of contact for assigned patients
3. Financial Counseling (High-Ticket Closing)
- Present treatment plans with clear pricing, packages, and payment options
- Handle objections related to cost, fear, and results using structured counselling techniques
- Drive maximum conversion rate from consultation to booking
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant services ethically
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate patient records, consultation notes, and treatment plans
- Track leads, conversions, and follow-up status in CRM
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Ensure proper documentation for medico-legal compliance
5. Patient Satisfaction & Grievance Handling
- Proactively follow up with patients post-consultation and post-treatment
- Address patient concerns, complaints, or dissatisfaction professionally
- Ensure high patient satisfaction, retention, and positive reviews
- Convert unhappy patients into loyal brand advocates
6. Ethical & Confidential Practice
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient data and treatment details
- Follow ethical sales practices — no false commitments or misguidance
- Adhere to clinic protocols, medical compliance, and brand values
