Altitude Land Developers is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and support our real estate sales operations for residential farmland plots in Dehradun Hills and residential flats in Dehradun City. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling client relationships, conducting project presentations, and ensuring smooth deal closures.
The role includes achieving monthly sales targets, generating leads through direct sales, channel partners, references, and digital platforms, arranging and coordinating site visits, negotiating with clients, and maintaining proper documentation for bookings. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for follow-ups, maintaining client databases, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Experienced candidates will be expected to guide junior sales executives, contribute to strategy planning, and drive overall team performance. Strong communication skills, confidence in client handling, and the ability to close deals are essential for this role.
Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates with prior experience in real estate sales or related sales fields will be preferred. However, freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided to deserving candidates.

Salary Structure:
- ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month for Freshers
- ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month for Experienced Candidates
(Attractive performance-based incentives will be offered in addition to fixed salary.)
