About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to drive platform adoption, engagement, and growth across our partner network. You will work closely with partner teams to ensure successful platform implementation, encourage consistent product usage, and help them realize maximum value from the platform. This role requires strong relationship management, training, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Implementation & Adoption
- Lead platform implementation and activation for partners.
- Conduct training sessions and promote adoption of best practices.
- Support rollout activities and ensure smooth platform utilization.
- Guide partners through the initial setup process and enable long-term success.
Partner Engagement & Growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders.
- Drive engagement, retention, and account growth opportunities.
- Demonstrate platform value and business impact through regular interactions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to help partners achieve their business goals.
Adoption Monitoring & Retention
- Monitor platform usage, adoption trends, and partner health metrics.
- Identify adoption gaps, usage challenges, and retention risks.
- Proactively address issues and recommend solutions to improve engagement.
- Enable partners to become confident, self-sufficient platform users.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Partner Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in implementation, partner enablement, training, and driving product adoption.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and productivity software.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
- Experience in SaaS, travel, hospitality, manufacturing, or technology-driven businesses is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
