Position Summary
The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting scientific, clinical, technical, market, and policy research to support business growth, product validation, government projects, and strategic decision-making. The role requires preparing research reports, scientific documentation, market intelligence reports, and supporting institutional and government initiatives across healthcare, sports medicine, diagnostics and medical technology domains.
Key Responsibilities
1. Research & Evidence Generation
- Conduct scientific, clinical, technical, and market research.
- Prepare literature reviews, evidence dossiers, white papers, and research reports.
- Support product validation and evidence-building activities.
- Analyze published studies and generate actionable insights.
2. Government & Institutional Projects
- Assist in preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations for government departments, hospitals, sports authorities, and institutional clients.
- Support grant applications, policy research, and project documentation.
- Monitor government schemes, tenders, and funding opportunities.
3. Strategic Business Research
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market intelligence studies.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in healthcare, diagnostics, sports medicine, AI, and medical technology.
- Prepare strategic assessment reports for management review.
4. Content & Documentation
- Develop scientific presentations, technical papers, case studies, training materials, and management reports.
- Support preparation of investor, government, and corporate presentations.
- Maintain research documentation and knowledge repositories.
5. Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Regulatory, Product, and Management teams.
- Provide research-based inputs for strategic decisions and new business initiatives.
- Gradually take ownership of research activities assigned by management.
Preferred Profile
- PhD Scholar or PhD-qualified candidate (Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Public Health, Data Science, or related fields)
- Dynamic personality with strong communication skills
- Open to nationwide travel
- Strong research, analytical, presentation, and documentation skills
