Position Overview
Sanjay Ghodawat International School is seeking a dynamic, visionary Principal to lead our international wing. This role is dedicated exclusively to managing and scaling our global curriculum pathways.
Strict Eligibility: Only candidates with direct leadership experience in Cambridge (CAIE) and International Baccalaureate (IB) schools will be considered. Applicants from CBSE or ICSE backgrounds do not apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Academic Excellence: Oversee the delivery, compliance, and quality assurance of the Cambridge Pathway (IGCSE/A-Levels) and the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP).
- Accreditation: Lead the school smoothly through CAIE and IB authorization, evaluation cycles, and curriculum updates.
- Faculty Mentorship: Recruit, train, and retain high-caliber educators well-versed in inquiry-based global pedagogy.
- Global Placements: Foster student development geared toward international-mindedness and successful global university admissions.
Requirements & Profile
- Experience: 5+ years as a Principal/Vice-Principal strictly within an authorized Cambridge or IB school.
- Education: Master’s degree; leadership certifications or a B.Ed/M.Ed is preferred.
- Skills: Expertise in CAIE/IB exam regulations, internal moderation, and managing a premium day-cum-boarding ecosystem.
- Exclusion: Applications featuring only CBSE/ICSE board experience will be automatically disqualified.
