Job Summary
We are looking for result-driven and dynamic Electric Cable Sales Professionals for both Junior and Senior roles to join our growing sales team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of electric cables and wires, building relationships with contractors, builders, panel builders, and industrial clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into regular clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders including electrical contractors, builders, architects, and industrial buyers.
Sales Execution: Promote and sell our range of electric cables, pitch product features, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
Market Mapping: Conduct regular market surveys in Ahmedabad to understand competitor pricing, product offerings, and emerging construction/industrial projects.
Payment Collection: Follow up with clients for timely payments and maintain healthy ledger accounts.
Reporting: Submit daily/weekly sales reports, visit logs, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
Key Requirements & Eligibility
1. Junior Electric Cable Sales Executive
Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience in electrical products (preferably cables and wires).
Salary: ₹25,000 per month.
2. Senior Electric Cable Sales Executive
Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on sales experience in the electrical/cable industry with a proven track record of target achievement.
Salary: ₹30,000 per month.
Common Qualifications (For Both Roles):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or ITI in Electrical Trade.
Skills:
Good technical understanding of electric cables, wire gauges, and industrial electrical standards.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the local market and contractor networks in Ahmedabad.
Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred for local client visits.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
