Job description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to help drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting sales efforts. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach
- Generate leads via calls, emails, social media, and meetings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and field visits as required
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable products/services
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Maintain a database of prospects and track interactions in CRM tools
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in sales/business development
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%) for client meetings and business development activities
