We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Site Engineer to join our construction team. The candidate will assist in managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role is ideal for recent graduates in Civil Engineering looking to gain hands-on experience in construction and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, plans, and specifications
- Assist in site layout, leveling, and surveying work
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Perform quality checks on materials and workmanship
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
- Support senior engineers and project managers in execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers are welcome)
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work on-site and travel if required
