We’re a fast-growing company in the spirituality and self-development space, building an ecosystem of products for the US market. Our platform includes a meditation app with 170+ guided practices, online workshops, 1:1 sessions, and a private community.
As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager / Content Strategist to join our team.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute a content strategy across YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms
- Research trends and create original content concepts (not just repurposed clips)
- Build content funnels to support launches, events, and new product releases
- Generate ideas for videos, Reels, carousels, and AI-powered content formats
- Analyze platform trends and algorithms to maximize organic reach
- Find high-quality references and quickly turn ideas into engaging content
- Collaborate with the team to test, iterate, and scale successful content
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in content marketing, content strategy, or social media marketing
- Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and short-form content
- Excellent visual taste and ability to identify engaging content formats
- Experience working with AI tools for content creation is a plus
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Experience in spirituality, meditation, esotericism, astrology, chakras, personal growth, or related niches is essential
