Embelliish is India’s premium furnishings and curtain solutions company working on
high-value residential, commercial and interior projects. The company is building a
structured operating system across sales, design, measurement, pricing, production,
QC, dispatch, installation, and closure.
Role Summary
We are looking for a process-driven operations person to help run the company’s
project operating system.
This role is not a creative design role, not a factory technical role, and not a sales
role. The person will be responsible for making sure every project moves through the
defined process with clear owners, timelines, checklists, approvals, and escalations.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with founders, senior team
members, coordinators, factory teams, installers, and accounts to ensure that work
does not remain stuck in WhatsApp, memory, or informal follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
1. Own the project operating tracker and ensure all live projects are updated with
current stage, owner, next action, due date, and status.
2. Run the weekly project review rhythm and prepare red flags, stuck items,
delayed projects, pending approvals, and escalation points.
3. Ensure maker-checker discipline across stages such as lead entry,
measurement, quotation, order activation, execution drawing, production
handoff, QC, dispatch, installation, snags, and closure.
4. Follow up with internal teams to ensure required data is entered into the
system on time.
5. Ensure no project moves ahead without required process gates such as
measurement completion, quotation approval, payment status, order
activation, QC clearance, packing readiness, and installation readiness.
6. Coordinate between DCMs, measurement team, design team, production
team, factory team, purchase, stores, QC, accounts, and installation team.

7. Track delays and ensure every delay has a clear reason, owner, revised date,
and escalation path.
8. Ensure the measurement process is followed correctly and that final
measurements, ready sizes, photos, videos, and revisions are properly
uploaded and version-controlled.
9. Ensure design-to-production handovers happen with complete inputs before
production starts.
10. Ensure QC, packing, dispatch, and installation readiness checklists are
completed before material leaves for site.
11. Track snags, rework, maintenance issues, and closures so that nothing
remains open informally.
12. Support adoption of the company’s operating software and ensure the system
becomes the source of truth.
13. Help onboard new operators, coordinators, and process roles into the defined
workflow.
14. Escalate only true exceptions to the founder or senior owners, instead of
routing routine follow-ups upward.
What This Role Will Not Own
This role will not own creative design direction. That sits with the Head of
Design.
This role will not own technical factory decisions. That sits with the production
and factory leadership.
This role will not own pricing logic.
This role will not own sales conversion.
This role will own process discipline, visibility, follow-up, stage movement,
and closure.

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Success Measures
The person will be successful if:
1. All active projects are visible in one tracker or software.
2. Every project has a current stage, owner, next action, and due date.
3. Weekly project reviews happen with clear red flags and action items.
4. Routine follow-ups reduce dependency on the founder.
5. Project movement becomes system-led instead of WhatsApp-led.
6. Delays are visible before they become emergencies.
7. QC, dispatch, installation, rework, and closure are tracked properly.
8. Teams start following maker-checker discipline consistently.

The role will report to the founder or senior management during the setup phase.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
