Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Laptop Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting, component replacement, and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops.
- Repair or replace faulty components, including motherboards, keyboards, batteries, screens, and RAM.
- Perform operating system installations, upgrades, and software troubleshooting.
- Handle BIOS updates, firmware issues, and driver installations.
- Conduct data recovery and backup operations when required.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring efficient repair operations.
- Keep records of repairs, customer interactions, and parts used.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in laptop technology.
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
