Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients
- Maintain proper food presentation and portion standards
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Prepare mise en place before service
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Sushi Chef
- Good knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
