Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior/Associate Physics Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong conceptual understanding of Physics and the ability to mentor students preparing for competitive exams like JEE Main and NEET.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Physics to students of Classes 11th, 12th and dropper batches (JEE Main & NEET level)
- Deliver concept-based, result-oriented lectures
- Prepare and review study material, assignments and test papers
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide individual mentorship
- Analyze student performance and provide actionable feedback
- Collaborate with academic team to enhance curriculum delivery
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience (JEE Main / NEET level)
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech from IIT, NIT or equivalent reputed institute
- Strong command over Physics concepts (JEE Main & NEET level)
- Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi/Punjabi preferred)
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates from North India preferred
- Prior experience in reputed coaching institutes will be an advantage
- Ability to connect with students and simplify complex concepts
Compensation:
- Salary Range: ₹6 LPA – ₹11 LPA (Based on experience and performance)
