Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Executive to support day-to-day administrative, operational, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing documentation, preparing reports, coordinating with head.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the head .
- Maintain records, files, and important company documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Coordinate with the head to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Handle customer communications professionally.
- Monitor and follow up on pending actions, approvals, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and arrange travel if required.
- Assist in data entry and record management.
- Support compliance, audit, and documentation requirements.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, executive, or operations support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Fluency in english is must.
