The Commis II supports the kitchen team in preparing high-quality food while maintaining cleanliness, consistency, and adherence to food safety standards. This role is ideal for a culinary professional with foundational kitchen experience who is eager to develop technical skills and grow within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, sauces, and garnishes for daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.
