Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented R&D Chemist for Dyes Intermediates and Specialty Chemicals. The candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling up new chemical processes, conducting lab trials, and supporting production teams with technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development for new dyes intermediates and specialty chemical products.
- Perform laboratory experiments, process optimization, and analysis.
- Support in scale-up activities from lab to pilot plant/production.
- Maintain proper documentation of R&D activities, trials, and results.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and lab protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Fresher or 2+ year of hands-on experience in Dyes Intermediates / Specialty Chemicals R&D.
- Strong knowledge of organic chemistry and analytical techniques .
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
