Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Software Development Team Lead to lead and mentor a team of developers while actively contributing to project architecture, development, and delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in modern technologies such as MERN Stack, Python, AI/ML, and possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Software Developers.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and review scalable web and mobile applications.
- Participate in project planning, architecture discussions, and technical estimations.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Conduct regular code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, QA teams, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure software quality, performance, security, and scalability.
