Job Description
Tathastu BIM Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced BIM Modelers for commercial, residential, industrial, electrical, and mechanical projects. We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in BIM modeling, MEP coordination, electrical systems, and mechanical drafting using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Candidates with previous experience in Electrical BIM, Mechanical BIM, HVAC, MEP coordination, electrical layouts, mechanical piping, ducting, cable tray routing, and clash detection will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM models for Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines
- Create detailed 3D BIM models and 2D drawings
- Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting models, piping systems, and electrical layouts
- Work on MEP coordination and clash detection using Navisworks
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, electrical consultants, and mechanical teams
- Maintain BIM standards, project documentation, and model quality
- Extract BOQ, schedules, and project-related data
- Work on point cloud integration and model updates
