The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through voice- based interactions, travel support, reservations, sales, and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support – Voice Process
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
Update customer interactions in CRM systems.
Escalate unresolved cases to relevant teams.
Meet productivity and quality metrics.
Travel Process / Reservation Associate
Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
Handle itinerary changes and travel-related requests.
Provide information on airline policies, baggage rules, and schedules.

Support customers with reservations and ticketing processes.
Resolve travel-related concerns efficiently.
Maintain accurate records in booking systems and CRM tools.
Sales Process
Contact customers to promote products and services.
Generate leads and drive sales conversions.
Cross-sell and upsell products as per business requirements.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with customers to maximize conversions.

Undergraduates may be considered based on process requirements.
12th pass candidates may be eligible for selected processes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
